2008 Spring / Summer  Slow Pitch Softball Leagues

 

League Schedule & Fees

 

Leagues Offered:                        Monday Class D Co-Ed Slow Pitch - Maximum number of teams -6

Tuesday Class D Men’s Slow Pitch -Maximum number of teams -6

Thursday Class D Men’s Slow Pitch -Maximum number of teams -6

 

League Schedule:                  Double Round Robin, Two Position Nights, Double Elimination Play-offs.

 

 

Age of Players:                      All players must be 18 or older.

 

Season Begins:                       Week of May 5th or 12th, 2008 – Tentative   

 

Game Field / Ball:                  Don Massey Field, Plymouth Rd at Haggerty Rd.

Hines Park Field, Hines Drive just west of Haggerty – used only as a back-up field

Game Balls – Slow Pitch - Dudley or Worth .44 cor, 375lb Restricted Flight

 

Game Times:                          Slow Pitch (tentative) - 6:15pm, 7:25pm, 8:35pm, 9:45pm

 

Slow Pitch Format:               3-1 up Home Run Rule, ASA Banned Bat list in effect.

3-2 Pitch count and Senior Rules 2nd Home Plate. 

    

-         Registration for Returning Men’s Teams Begins Feb. 11, 2008 or until full.

 

-          Registration for New Teams Men’s Team (if spots available) Feb. 18, 2008 or until full.

 

-          Registration for All Co-Ed Teams begins Feb. 11, 2008 or until full.

 

-          LAST DAY FOR REGISTRATION IS Feb 29, 2008.
