| With the rising cost of health care insurance

team accident insurance through the ASA insurance
carrier Bollinger, now entering their 41st year
in working with the ASA. The insurance
premiums vary from $0-500 deductible options. Many
teams are now including this cost to the sponsor
as part of their team costs. Coverage
is effective through December 31 of the current
